You may think I am exaggerating or being hyperbolic when I say your life depends on re-balancing, relaxing and unwinding. But I'm not. Think about it. How often do you feel exhausted, cranky, or drained? Do you find yourself snapping at your family for tiny things? Do you find yourself getting angry at strangers for no reason? We all have had those feelings before.
We all have been unreasonably angry over tiny little things, and that's going to happen from time to time. It's normal to be agitated from time to time. That's stress.
For many of us, it's a daily occurrence. Living like that can, and does cause anxiety, depression, and many other illnesses. Chronic stress is dangerous and causes heart attacks, headaches, muscle twitches, and a number of other ailments. It increases cortisol levels in your body which increases belly fat, causes skin issues and really does a number on your body.
So, what can we do about it? We live in a world where everything is moving fast and everything needs to be done right now, or as my mom would say, "It needs to be done, like, yesterday." What we need is some time to slow down. If you can carve out a little bit of time to meditate each week with an expert yo guide you and help your brain settle down, it would make a world of difference. When your brain settles, and your chakras open and are aligned your immune system gets a boost and you are literally healing yourself.
Chakras are energy centers in your body that help with everything from hormonal balance to blood flow and muscle repair. Chakras were discovered over 5,000 years ago. Just recently scientists have gotten on board with what yogis have known for eons and recognize chakras as a real thing. Scientists have been studying what happens when people do different types of meditation and have found that opening and aligning the chakras really helps with just about every physical process in the human body.
Taking time out and meditating at home online with an expert tailor making the meditation experience to your needs over Zoom, may not be suitable for everyone. Some people prefer to go out and meditate in nature with friends, or meditate in a group class in person. And that's OK. This program is for people who prefer to meditate by themselves, in the comfort of their own home with the guidance of an expert without the distraction of other people.
For many of us home is where the comfort is and meditating at home seems like the most natural choice. You don't have to block out 90 minutes of a busy day to go and do a 30 minute meditation at a studio. There's no need to put on fancy yoga pants, put on your shoes and drive anywhere to have a meditation at home. Show up to the Zoom call in your pajamas with no makeup if you like. Trust me, Holly's not going to judge you. Just show up ready to relax.
Each session is recorded for your convenience, so you can listen to your sessions over again. Holly uses her intuitive skills to feel where you need the most help and focuses specifically on those areas, so each session may be a little bit different, as our needs are always changing.
Each program entitles you to one private session with Holly each week. Meditation sessions are 30 minutes each.
Each program is a different level of commitment to your health and well being. If you just want to try it out, the month to month plan is a good plan for you. If you really want to commit to your health and well being then one of the longer discounted plans would be a better fit.
